How to Setup Email in Mailbird (IMAP)

Setup Instructions

  1. Open Mailbird.
  2. Go to Menu → Add Account.
  3. Select Other (IMAP).
  4. Enter:
  5. - Display name: Your Name
  6. - Email: your-name@example.com
  7. - Password: Your Password (magic link available)
  8. Click Advanced.
  9. Set:
  10. - Incoming server: imap.example.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
  11. - Outgoing server: smtp.example.com, port 587, STARTTLS
  12. - Username (both): your-name@example.com
