How to Setup Email in Microsoft Outlook (Mac) (IMAP)

Setup Instructions

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to Tools → Accounts.
  3. Click the + button at the bottom left and select New Account.
  4. Enter your your-name@example.com and click Continue.
  5. If it doesn't automatically detect, choose IMAP.
  6. Enter the following:
