How to Setup Email in Outlook.com (web) – add external IMAP account

Setup Instructions

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
  2. Click Settings (gear) → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Sync email.
  3. Under Other email accounts, click Add an email account.
