How to Setup Email in Microsoft Outlook (Windows) (POP3)

Setup Instructions

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to File → Add Account.
  3. Select Manual setup or additional server typesNext.
  4. Choose POPNext.
  5. Enter the following:

  7. - Email Address: your-name@example.com
  8. - Account Type: POP3
  9. - Incoming mail server: pop.example.com
